Solar Power : You Know it makes sense

There can be no sane person on the face of planet Earth who would not like to cut down the amount of money they spend on electricity every month.  After all, the less money you pay to the utility company, the more you are going to keep in your pocket to spend on other, far more pleasurable activities.

But, the implications of cutting your electric bill every month go much further than being able to take the family for dinner or to the movies once more every month.

For the majority of us, the most of our electricity is generated by burning oil, although I am certain that we never really think about it.  The world’s oil stocks are rapidly disappearing, and there are fewer undiscovered places on the face of the earth where new oil stocks might be found.  All of this at a time when the population of the planet is exploding and the demand for oil is therefore also skyrocketing at the same rate.

Consequently, it should be the duty of each and every one of us to do whatever we can to cut down on the amount of commercially produced electricity that we use, because by doing so, we are doing our little bit to slow down the depletion of increasingly valuable and rare fossil fuel resources.

Plus, burning oil pollutes the atmosphere and damages the environment, which is nothing more or less than the world that both you and I live in.  So, it is again the duty of every responsible citizen to reduce the amount of oil they burn or cause to be burned.

In short, it is nothing more than good sense to start reducing the amount of electricity you use in your house every day.
